1. The Student must provide accurate and truthful information to the Agency for enrollment and visa application purposes. The Student is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary visas and permits required for studying in the UK. The Student shall abide by the rules and regulations of the English language institution and the UK immigration authorities.

2. Fees and Payments: The Student agrees to pay the Agency's service fees as outlined in the agreement. The agency fees will amount to 10% of the total course fees. All fees paid to the Agency are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in the agreement or as required by law.

3. The visa fee of 2,500 RMB will be included in your invoice. This fee covers the full visa service, including the cost of the visa. We take care of everything for you—guiding you through the entire process, assisting with the required documents, thoroughly checking all paperwork, and providing translations when needed. Our comprehensive service ensures a smooth and stress-free visa application experience.

4. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Agency. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the cancellation policies of the English language institution and the Agency, as well as any relevant laws and regulations.

5. In the event that a participant decides to cancel the contracted Program, he/she must notify Bridge Education in writing. The participant will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid to Bridge Education. However, you must pay Bridge Education the following amounts: a) Any cancellation entails the loss of the agency fees and other costs incurred by the company Bridge Education. b) In the event of cancellation of the programme due to flight or transport ticket being canceled, regardless of the reason of cancelation, the participant is expected to find alternative flight and/or transportation themselves and will not be entitled to a refund if they are unable to do so. c) Bridge Education clarifies that the maximum costs incurred for cancellations will be as follows: • In all cases: 350 GBP. • More than28 days’ notice: 35% of the total amount. • Within 28 days prior to departure: 100% of the total amount. If the participant, for whatever reason, does not show up at the start or leaves the program during the program, he/she will not be entitled to any refund. Notwithstanding the above, and in cases of cancellations due to serious non-voluntary causes (illness, accident, etc.), Bridge Education will act in good faith and return as much as possible.

6. The Agency will assist in arranging accommodation for the Student, but ultimate responsibility for the accommodation lies with the Language Institute and Student. Any issues or disputes regarding accommodation should be addressed directly with the accommodation provider, not the Agency.

7. The Agency is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay suffered by the Student arising from actions or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to English language institutions, accommodation providers, or immigration authorities. The Agency's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the Student to the Agency.

8. The Agency will handle personal information provided by the Student in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its privacy policy. The Student agrees to the transfer of their personal information to English language institutions and other relevant parties for the purpose of facilitating their studies in the UK.

9. Bridge Education assumes no responsibility for accidents, theft, sickness or injuries during the client's stay in the UK. We strongly recommend that all students have adequate insurance arranged to cover any eventuality. In the event of any claim, the participant must contact the insurance company. In the event that a claim is not covered or exceeds coverage, the expenses will be borne by the participant and/or his/her parent or legal guardians. 10. Participants: Any type of physical or mental disorder or incident, as well as its history and treatment, related to the participant, must be notified in writing to Bridge Education prior to registration, as well as the corresponding translation into the language of the destination country. Likewise, Bridge Education must be notified in writing of any other circumstance of the participant that may affect the development of the program. Bridge Education reserves the right to cancel registration.

11. Passports, visas and documentation. All participants who sign up for the Bridge Education Programs must have their personal documentation (individual passport) in order, in accordance with the regulations of the UK and valid beyond the end date of the program. Obtaining visas, when required by the legislation of the UK, will be at the participant's expense. The client declares that the documents submitted and the information provided for the processing of the trip are accurate and truthful. Bridge Education is exonerated from any type of liability that may arise due to the non-compliance with this statement.

12. By engaging the services of the Agency, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Student and the Agency and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
